My name is Karla,I am 31 years old, and I am a working mother of one and wife of 11 years. I stay pretty busy and don't always take the time to eat right. I work at a restaurant which makes it even harder.
I have recently joined a gym and hope to stay young and in a smallish size by eating real foods and keeping it clean.
I have quit drinking diet soda and have been eating lots of vegetables, and I already feel better.
I am hoping this life change will stick and I will be able to eat whole foods for the majority of my intake for life.
P.S. I cheat sometimes! :D lol
