Hello....hmmmm,not sure what I need or should tell,lol....My name is Elaine,I will be 42 on March 5th...I have a 17yo daughter and a 1 year old grandaughter and they are my world :o) Im going thru a divorce after 21 years...I work fulltime and go to college fulltime.I have been struggling with my weight since I was a child and it's time to make some changes!!! I lost 40 pounds but gained back about 15 due to work schedules and no time to eat right or exercise...but I am MAKING TIME from now on :o) It is important to not only lose the weight BUT to eat heathier and be healthier.It's hard and sometimes I fall off the wagon but I get back up,dust myself off and start again :o) I hope to meet many of you wonderful people who are,too,on the journey to feel better,look better and be healthier.
