Tomorrow is my measurement day. My weight is not moving as much as I want it to, so I hope my measurement will show some improvement.
Exercise: The FIRM-HCF, Winsor Pilates-BB
It is interesting that my exercise calories goes up a lot when I record housework. The housework I'm recording lately is preparation for moving, so it is not usual housework. It is more like spring cleaning; it's lots of lifting and moving. I usually don't record daily housework on my diet calendar to control my psychological effect. If I see bigger number on my exercise calories, I may feel it's okay to eat a little more and end up eating too much.
