Argh! Damn you, fibre!

My stomach continues to be angry at the change in my diet... I looked around various websites and that's pretty normal. One website suggests adding healthier food gradually, but that's not perfect for me.

Okay, this was not a successful evening.

I had Magic tonight and absently picked up snacks to eat while playing... I didn't think anything about tracking. I just grabbed stuff.

As soon as the end of the evening came, I suddenly clued in and was horrified.

I hadn't really had dinner and fortunately, the damage wasn't unfixable (especially since I had a light day earlier). I was also able to scrounge enough leftover calories to create a light snack for dinner (tortilla with tomatoes, turkey, lettuce and light balsamic dressing).

Big card tournaments this weekend -- I'll try to wake up early enough so I can bring a lunch to even out the horrors of pizza dinner.
