Exercise: The FIRM-CP

Since we are going to move to a different state, I've been training the new person to do my job for some weeks now. She was in the same department with me and knew what kind of job I was doing, so I didn't want to brag of difficulties/importance of my job or give her too much pressure. It looks like it worked the wrong way, or I don't know. It's sometimes hard to train other people... There are less than two weeks left for me at work, so I need to do something to help her. *Sigh*

I feel tired lately. I am not sleeping as much as I am supposed to, and it's about the time of... you know. Since tonight's "The Good Wife" is old episode, I should try sleep early tonight...after filing tax! (It's almost done. There are two things to fix, and it's good to file!)

10pm, I finish filing tax, finally. It's done! The next thing I need to focus is organizing & cleaning for moving. I can start them tomorrow. I grab a book "Marcelo in the Real World" and am going to rest!
