Good Morning World :) Had a tough evening last night. My Sister in Law was down with my neice and we were celebrating my wifes belated birthday and we had Papa Johns. Queue dramatic dum dum dum!!!! I think overall based on what this site gives me for a RDI of 3800 I did well for the day. I was @ 2415 total calories and that was including PJ's, although I at in one meal @ PJ's half of my total daily calories. Pizza is definantly a treat item and not someting I will have all the time. Funny thing was the pizza tasted good but the guilt sure left a sour taste in my mouth. Shooting again today for the 1500-1800 daily goal and plan to meet that goal. I am anxious to see how my weigh in goes tomorrow morning. Heres hoping....
