bummer--no loss today. 1st week, I should be losing every day. I'm not blowing it by eating unhealthy carbs, probably (actually, I know) it's just more food than I need. I was actually full when I went to bed. Not good! I thought starting this during summer would be good--off from work, no people bringing in donuts, bagles... But my fridge--even with lots of protien and few carbs--is beckoning me constantly. Gotta get a schedule for eating. Probably should start eating on my schedule for next year. Get used to that now.
OK, Move on and keep busy! Lots to do tody--keep me away from the fridge. 3 pounds down is still better than I was a week ago! :))
