Woke up feeling good. Lost another 1 1/2lbs. Gotta love the 1st week of a diet! Did my mini-challenge (100 push-ups--really whimpy ones), and joined another challenge. I'll have 3 going by Monday, but one ends on Wednesday, I think. I'll go out and mow the lawn and clean up the garage. Ought to be good for some exercise in my journal. Just trying to eat only when I'm hungry. But, it seems like just because I get bored, or a show comes on tv that I like, I go to the fridge--even if I'm not hungry. Habits--hate most of them! Just gotta keep busy!
