Had a good evening last night. Had Red Lobster and passed on the garlic biscuits (VERY HARD) had a caesar salad and Sea Food Platter and was @ 570 calories for the meal. Still trying to convince myself that I do not need a larger portion size that what is given to me. I have eaten in excess for so long that for me it is tough to eat correct portion sizes and be satisfied. Hopefully that will change in time especially when I weigh in on Saturday's and see the progress I am making but I must be careful not to hinge everything on the weigh in's anf focus on the main goal - being a healthier better me

I understand about the garlic biscuits,my wife and i went there Sunday and it's VERY,VERY HARD,but congrats on not eating them keep up the good work

I can never pass on the garlic biscuits. I guess I could ask them not to bring them to the table. Good for you for sticking with the lower calories! Eating out is hard and you kept it light, so be proud. I find the thing that helps me (I like large meals) is to eat smaller meals more frequently during the day. I eat about 5 times per day and dinner is my biggest meal. Honestly, now that I've been doing that when I go out to eat for lunch I can't eat as much, and I usually have to take some home.
