Well, Good Morning Monday :) I feel that I did very well this weekend not exceeding 1600 calories accoriding to the calorie counter, although I think Applebees lied about the 470 cal in their weight watchers chicken meal, but oh well. It was not filling anyways and probably wont do that again. Subway seems to be workign the best for controlled meals, altough I dont know how long I can sustain the costs. Tonight I plan to hit up the grocery store and see what dinner options I can come up with. The 100 cal snacks work well and the the weight control oatmeal seems to be beneficial.
