Exercise: The FIRM-HCF, no pilates

My plan for today was doing workout after eating breakfast and reading a book. My mistake was that I didn't look the time. (This is a big downside of reading books to me: forgetting the time!) About the half way of the DVD, I was so sweated and exhausted more than usual. I thought it was because the room was too hot. However, I think it was because I didn't have enough fuel in my body. It was about six hours after since I had last food when I did workout. It was so mistake, and I should remember for future. Although I have excess fat on my body, fuel need to come from food in order to do exercise.

Well, one good thing is that I finish reading "<a href="http://www.amazon.com/Graceling-Kristin-Cashore/dp/015206396X">Graceling</a>". It wasn't great but wasn't bad either. I can say I enjoyed it. I have the second book, "<a href="http://www.amazon.com/Fire-Graceling-Kristin-Cashore/dp/0803734611/ref=pd_sim_b_1">Fire</a>", but will read "<a href="http://www.amazon.com/When-You-Reach-Rebecca-Stead/dp/0385737424/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1271019695&sr=1-1">When You Reach Me</a>" for now. It should be a quick read.

Today's candle is <a href="http://www.bathandbodyworks.com/product/index.jsp?productId=3314051&cp=2484529.4101337">Lilac Blossom</a>. It smells so lovely and soothing.
