I have been back on Keto for a little while now and I am feeling well thus far, but my girlfriend has recently started Keto as well and I am attempting to find recipes for her as she and I have different food preferences.

Right now I'm trying to find various kinds of sweets that are either reasonably priced or relatively simple to make.

One item I would specifically like to know how to make is how to make chocolate sweeter without it being grainy from the Erythritol. Is there a recipe out there that anyone might be aware of that makes it possibly to make sugar free chocolate for her? I found some bars online, Lily's brand, that I might go with for now but at nearly $4 a bar she'd get upset at me if she found out I had been buying that.

If I could make her basic chocolate bars that would help immensely as she loves chocolate. It would be easy to incorporate nuts and such afterwards once I found a good sugar free chocolate recipe.

I love chocolate too. I make PB fat bombs and I drop in some of the Lily's mini chocolate chips. Not totally chocolate, but I get the chocolate hit a bit. 2TBS coconut oil, 2 TBS grass fed butter, 4 TBS natural creamy PB. Melt it all over low heat then pour into mini cupcake papers. I drop 10 Lily's dark chocolate baking chips into each cup. Freeze till hardened then I store mine in the freezer. It made 20-25 for me. I'm making some tomorrow and I'm going to try putting some organic cacao powder in as well with a few drops of liquid stevia. I think that will give a great chocolate taste.
