Exercise: The FIRM Cardio Overdrive(CO) express; no pilates.

I've been feeling tired, so I just let my sleep today as I needed. I slept really long hours plus two naps, but as a result, I feel so refreshing. I guess that's what my body needed!

It was so tempting to skip exercise today again. Since today's workout plan was short one, I convinced myself to do it. I didn't include pilates today, but I did something at least;p

My plan for tomorrow. I have to go work for an hour or so from 10:00 am, so I may walk before going work IF I could wake up early enough to do so. I'll see.

I am reading <a href="http://www.amazon.com/Evolution-Calpurnia-Tate-Jacqueline-Kelly/dp/0805088415/ref=tmm_hrd_title_0">"The Evloution of Calpurnia Tate"</a> and love it. It is a children's book but enough good for adults to enjoy as well. It received 2010 Newberry Honor. I recommend it to anybody.
