Omg South Beach Diet is fun! it's my 2nd day and i lost 3.5 already! First i thought why that much in this short time must just losing the water weight, but then i drank planty of water this two days that i feel blow up. So this is amazing!~

Phase 1 Day 3
Morning
two eggs brocolie bacon omillet

10am snack
2 partly skimed cheese sticks


Lunch
ground beaf with onion + tomato

supper
3 lettus ham roles

I think that in the long run, the more water you drink, the faster you lose the weight. Keep up the good work!
