Today I spent almost an hour in the store in front the stand with sweet things without sugar. Protein bars. I gazed at the packing and start to count carbs I just want something sweet. But I didn't find something that I can eat. Because I have too little carbs for the rest of the day. And I prefer to eat it on a green salad. Most of the desserts have too many carbs. How something with 52 carbs can make yo fit? I bought 100g of dry beef meat to cheat may carbo hunger.

SF jello is pretty good. Zero carbs and only 10 cals. If you are counting net carbs, there really isn't any reason why you can't have an Atkins shake. These are very tasty and only a couple net carbs.

I live in Bulgaria, Sofia :)I can't buy it, I must offer it from UK and I'll have it between 2 weeks and 2 mounts :D. I'll die from starvation till then. But may be I mast be more provident and offer it before I start the diet. But now its too late.
