Ughh!!!!! Well, I've decided to increase my walks from 2 miles to 3 miles. Now all I have to do is convince my mind and body that I do have the time and energy to complete this task. :(
67.7 kg Lost so far: 0.4 kg.    Still to go: 8.7 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
