Ughh!!!!! Well, I've decided to increase my walks from 2 miles to 3 miles. Now all I have to do is convince my mind and body that I do have the time and energy to complete this task. :(

Not sure were the time went, but I'm back after a 4 day weekend!! Normally I weigh myself on Monday mornings, but I'm waiting until the morning of the 31st to see how close I got to my goal of 145. I don't want to get disappointed any sooner than necessary! :)

This is the lowest I have been able to get in the past 2 months. I keep bouncing back and forth between here and 152. With my renewed determination and the help of FS, I hope to reach my goal of 145 by March 31/April 1!
