Today I ran for 5 km in Tabata Sprints I need to make my legs stronger. sprint 3 minutes walk 1 min. http://www.marksdailyapple.com/what-are-tabata-sprints/ It is very fun when you ran fast and take a breath after that.

Wow. I think it is awesome that you can fun 5K. I want to be able to work up to that. I have to improve my leg strength 1st though from my ACL surgery.

I start with brisk walking before an year. And before a week I try to start running I its very hard on a beginning :) Now it is hard too but I try to look at the bright side. Yesterday I burst a vein on my leg today I see the purple spot in the mirror. May be I push myself to hard at the time.I hope you rehabilitate fast after surgery. :)
