I didn't follow my workout plan very well this week. To compensate it, I walked about five miles outside today. It was great weather finally here but was a little too hot. I couldn't find good T-shirt to cover my scar on the bottom of my neck, so I decided to put band-aid on it. Silly me. It came off with my sweat. Outside will be too hot to put a scarf on my neck. Besides, the scar is very bottom of my neck, so the scarf may go above scar without covering. It seems my only option to do outdoor walking is wearing traditional T-shirt, the one with high neckline.

After three months from surgery, my scar on neck is very invisible now. I appreciate very much to my doctor for doing a great job. To keep it as it is, I need to keep taking care of it well, such as avoiding exposure to the sun.

After the walk, I realized my hip joints are really weak. It was not tough walk as cardio activity, and muscles don't hurt. The only place I feel exhaustion is my hip joint. The one of DVD workout from Winsor Pilates has lots of movement for hip joints without high impact, so I need to focus on that one more.

Exercise: Walking 80 minutes.
