Change my weight goal to the used-to-be-my-weight "before American life-style", about ten years ago. By the way, previous goal weight was the weight "before moving to the current town with humid weather", about four years ago. My weight changes are due to the change in my life-style.
I recalculate RDI as well according to my current weight. It's changed to 1200 now, and I'm feeling very tight for my eating allowance. I need to size down my portion carefully to meet my RDI.
