Well...I am still exercising....and I feel great! I am really considering changing to "the low-glycemic diet for idiots"...I really think it will be easier to follow? Any advice? Exercise today: 1hr 15min- weights 45min 3.5-4mph on treadmill
Breakfast: 2 eggs & 4 slices of turkey bacon 1.2carbs lunch: 2 eggs & 1 slice string cheese 2.2carbs lots & lots& lots of water

You could come over to South Beach, it's great! Similar to what you are doing, but more carbs are allowed, esp in level two.

You have to do what you feel you can follow. However, for me I've tried SBD and I can't lose weight past Phase 1 so I figure I may as well be doing Atkins. Either way low-carb is the way to go. Find a plan that works for you. Good luck!

I'm not sure what all the differences between low glycemic and South beach are, maybe you should check them both out before you decide if you want to switch...
