This is day one and I will do this. I have the new book and I am excited.
Wish me luck cause I am doing this on my own with any support from hubby cause he doesn't believe in Atkins as he think it unsafe and unhealthy.

You will get lots of support here! I am also on atkins (just starting on week 6) Its a fabulous diet/lifestyle change. There is absolutely nothing unhealthy about protein, fiber, and healthy fats. I feel wonderful and cant recommend it enough. Please feel free to reach out at any time with anything.
