Well I've been gaining weight again. I haven't been doing so good eating to many sweets and I am really not a sweet eating person. So I've deceied no more sweets or rice, potatos or bread. I also started back going to the gym Tuesday and man am I hurting. I cannot get back like I was so skinny here I come.
86.6 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 23.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
