Ah, I MIA'ed because I kept eating before and I cbf to record my diet calendar diligently before my 2-month holiday.

I'm now in Singapore to visit my brother's family.

I plan not to eat as much as I can when I'm holiday. So far so good, I share food with my mom and I try to restrict myself not to eat too much. Well, I don't have money with me so I can't buy food haha!

Sadly, I have no scale here so I can't weigh myself. I don't actually know if I have any progress.

When I'm in Malaysia, I will try to do some exercises as well since my house has an abs pro machine hehe. I really want a toned stomach.


Hopefully, I can be 51kg before I head back to Australia. ^^
