had a great workout. 681 calories on elliptical. I was able to get to work a whole hour early so I went to the store down the street to walk around & check out nutrition labels. I am in the process of compiling my healthy alternatives handbook. Today I added chicken bacon, which has 60calories for 2 slices. Also added the mini soda cans that have 90 calories each (sprite & ginger ale). I have more people around me who are into the healthy lifestyle & exercise so I am feeling encouraged.

Your encouraging new ways helped me this morning, girl! I was sooo tempted to take a few bites of chocolate(a few bites-yeah right haha)and read your post and made me reconsider! So I didn't DO IT! :) See, it really does help to have a support system-your strength at that moment helped me at a weak one! Even though you probably did't realize it at the time LOL!

i am so glad you didnt do it. You are right, forums & websites like fatsecret are so necessary for support. To be able to motivate you even in the least bit is an honour for me because I look to you for inspiration. You have lost weight before so you are fully aware of the struggle. keep it up!
