Still doing OK but not great. Keeping my cravings & munchies under control better w/ an occasional splurg but finding the time to EXERCISE w/ a new baby & a 3-year-old and working full-time w/ an hour commute each way is HARD!! I take the stairs at work about 4 times a day & have a 4-level house (tri-level w/ basement) so lots of stairs at home but that's about it.
I'm still losing about a pound a week right now but still have about 16-17 pounds to go to get back to pre-Priya's pregnancy weight
& another 10 pounds after THAT to get back to pre-Payden pregnancy weight
& another 10 pounds after THAT to get back to pre-husband weight!!
I'm just trying to make overall healthier choices & be a little more active right now. I'll have to wait for the BIG exercise time after I start cutting back on nursing / pumping at work which will free up some time to be ABLE to exercise instead of nursing / pumping.
