22 weeks until we go on vacation (Sun Aug 26 thru Sun Sept 2). I'm currently weighing in around 174-ish. I need to set REALISTIC and ATTAINABLE goal for myself to reach before our vacation. 1/2 lb per week wt loss = ~11 lbs --> down to 163-ish 1 lb per week wt loss = ~22 lbs --> down to 152-ish 157 = "Pre-Priya Pregnancy" weight = 17 lbs left to lose ~ 3/4 lb wt loss/week
