I shall draw a veil over yesterday - it was birthday - we had a yummy dinner and I ate too much. Nevermind - I shall start over from now. I did 20mins cross trainer tonight so that should help. Although I did eat a very wicked choc brownie at lunchtime... Drat. On my way home though I popped in to the store for some essentials and decided to get some healthy sweet snacks instead to stop me from having naughty things at work - dried apple rings and dried cranberries. It should help. I'm worried that later in the week I'll (a) see the weight pile on following my birthday and (b) gain more over the weekend as we're having a party! Will just have to start using some WILL POWER!
