My weigh in today may not be 100% accurate but this is not because I'm cheating. I am only supposed to weigh myself every 2 weeks and this is what I weighed at my last check. That was a few days ago now but I forgot to record it sooner. Since then I can honestly say I've been sticking to the plan: eating slowly, enjoying every mouthful and stopping when I'm full. Therefore I wouldn't be surprised if I actually weigh a bit less. Next time I'm allowed to check I'll try to update this straight away so its more accurate.
As for how the whole process is going generally, I'd say great! I'm noticing a real difference in how I look, in how my clothes fit on me. I tried a dress on yesterday that I haven't worn for a while as it was getting a bit tight. Joyously I discovered its now a bit loose! Be back in about another week, I think that's roughly when I'm allowed to weigh myself again.

Paul McKenna's 'I can make you thin' is the best thing I have ever read and losing weight this way is the EASIEST thing I have ever done. I feel like my life has changed for ever.
