Yay! Successful first day of March--trying to pay attention to points and calories. I know they are related but so many people on FS just do calories so I want to see if I stay within a certain amount of calories, if I will reach my goals any more easily. Done eating for today. :) Didn't get the exercise in but my realistic goal is three times a week for two weeks...then I'll try to increase it to four times a week. I've been at zero times a week for most of my life so three is reasonable and attainable for now.
