Feeling a little hungrier today. So, I am eating just a little more of what I eat anyways. I had 3/4 cup of cereal instead of half a cup for breakfast and 2 oz. more of sandwich filling than normal. That way I am not "deprived" because I am getting more without breaking my diet. So far, so good.
