Day 1

This is the beginning of my weight loss Journey. Ive always been an active person but I tend to not keep my diet in check. Not necessarily that I eat bad foods but that I don't eat enough or I eat too much or eat way too late. I want to lose 15 lbs and tone with what I'm working with. I hope to reach or come close to my goals for my upcoming trip to Florida in the end of May. Tired of hearing myself say I'm going to get in shape! Its time do do something about it and not let the opportunity of NOW slip by.
