Weight and INCHES lost!! I guess the triathlon I did last weekend took the weight off I purposely gained and used it and more! First time I was in 32" waist jeans since I was marriewd 35 years ago.
92.1 kg Lost so far: 106.1 kg.    Still to go: 1.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
