Sort of a strange day yesterday. I ended up eating very little, probably because I consumed so much coffee. Did a good combination of weights and cardio yesterday morning. Today I did 45 minutes on the elliptical stepper.

I'm excited by the progress! Breaking 190 pounds is within view.
87.1 kg Lost so far: 5.9 kg.    Still to go: 3.2 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

You and I should market a coffee diet. ;-) I routinely have iced coffee (1/2 caff) in place of a morning snack. I often feel a bit guilty about, but it makes me happy and I don't feel hungry. You're making fabulous progress!

I've noticed a lot of people use an elliptical machine. I was thinking of getting one. Do you like it?

I like the elliptical machine better than jogging and better than the steppers. I use one at 24 Hour Fitness. For me using one at the club is more motivational than using one at home.
