I have decided to take a different approach to things. This week I am going to baseline what I have been eating to see where I can make adjustments. It is quite clear that it is going to take some work. However I have applied some tried and true tricks like my goal jeans that I want to fit comfortably back into for fall. Also the good old reward once I have met certain goals.
I know that it is more than just numbers on a scale. It is also about health and how you feel from the inside out.
Life is a journey and not a race. 😊
59.7 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 3.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
