Last 2 days have not been good for me as far as the evening eating and sweets. Hopeing to get back on track. either get my ding dongs for doing good all day or try some can peaches for my reward. I know the peaches would be better for me. Hopeing to do better today.

It can be tough. I know the longer I don't allow myself to have the sweets the less I want them. It does get easier. I had to have my husband hide all of the sweets that I liked from me. All the girlscout cookies are somewhere hidden in my house lol.
