Am getting so frustrated at all this weight gain. It's cold outside so don't want to ride bike. Dr. put me on a new med a couple months ago. Side effect, WEIGHT GAIN. But it is helping for what it is for. UUUGGG

well another day. blood sugar this morning was 147. Not to bad I guess. lots of stress going on. Very hard to deal with but like I say, one day at a time.
