Very nice with the exercise! :) Party musts! 1. Eat a small, sensible meal, as close to phase 1, as possible, with a couple of glasses of water BEFORE you leave the house for the party. 2. Once at party, mingle... grab a water or diet friendly drink (I often bring a premixed drink of choice and sip on it, to avoid over indulging on non diet friendly drinks) and have a glass of water before another drink!! EACH TIME. *This is a must to have a full glass of water after each other beverage.* 3. Find a diet friendly snack, veggies, nuts of whole grains and just have a little bit with a tall glass of water. You can DO IT!! Make your game plan in advance and you'll have a better chance of success! :)
