I am a little nervous about the weigh in tonight. Had a really rough week with points because of a trip out of town and Super Bowl. Not too horrible and went to the gym last night to make up the extra points I had used on top of my weekly "extras" we are allowed. Got in a great 45 minutes on the bike. Wanted to go an hour, but was feeling a muscle start to hurt really bad in my leg and didn't want to pull anything so I stopped. I think next time I go I will kick the level down to a nine instead of 10. When I was going every day I would ride the bike at 11 or 12 in the past, so I really need to get back into shape! Hopefully I will be able to fulfill the goal I have set for the past two weeks. Use less weekly points, hit the gym (or just workout) twice this week for at least thirty minutes! This one has been quite challenging over the past couple of weeks and I won't set a new one until I am able to accomplish this one. I will be happy with a .6 loss this week. That will put me at my ten pounds lost. Considerably less than I have lost the past three weigh ins, but with how many points I used...I can only hope for something at all. But as said in a previous journal, I am down a pant size in my slacks for work and they are not uncomfortable at all...so even if the scale gives me little to nothing, I have still accomplished something!
