I never realized how many calories I took in until I started recording them on this site. I am blown away by how much I eat. I know now I need to slow down on the input and increase the output.

I agree the calories add up quick, I also love to eat, and I think I am addicted to food, I love cooking and need to spend less time thinking about the foods I am going to eat. I am following a low carb diet because it helps me not to have so many cravings for food.
