Bad day for unhealthy eating. Again and again I find myself doing really well for several days or even a week or two, and then having a bad day of eating unhealthy. It always makes me not feel well, and yet sometimes I just crave those things that I know won't make me feel well and will sabatoge my routine! Does anyone have any suggestions for HEALTHIER indulgences? On the plus side, I did keep to my workouts of 4 times a week last week! :) Gotta count the positives!
