FINALLY, 200 lbs lost since I started a year ago. The last 20 lbs seemed to take forever. Just entered my second 1/2 marathon in a month and I'm going to better my time, I just know it.
93.9 kg Lost so far: 104.3 kg.    Still to go: 3.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
