I guess right now is why people say you should exercise in the morning. It's time for bed now and I haven't done my exercise for the first day of the 21 day challenge. Not good to start off a challenge this way. Started to get on the bike before but after 5 minutes both children needed me so I stopped. It's nine and I REALLY don't want to get on the bike right now but I won't be able to get over it if I don't. So I'm going to get off the computer and on to the bike...even though it's the LAST thing I want to do.

my advice to you is to exercise more in the evening, this way your body is at full strength and you will perform more output.

:) Great job for getting starting the challenge off to a good start - even though it was tough. The more you do it the easier it will be... having kids is a big challenge in itself. But you're doing a good job stealing 20 minutes away for you. :) You deserve it!
