1. Another Monday is upon us... 2. My weight is holding at 363.0 for now. 3. Blood Sugar at 120 mg/dL. 4. Blood Pressure was 146/93 @ 84 bpm. 5. Ketosis is out again with a reading of only 39 this morning. 6. I am worried that the Benefiber supplements are throwing me out of ketosis and possibly keeping my sugar and blood pressure higher than they would be without it. I am going to pause the use of the Benefiber for a few days and see what happens. Has anyone else had issues with Benefiber as a supplement? 7. Mentally, I am still struggling every day. :-( 8. "After all, tomorrow is another day."
