Well, I have to be honest. Atkins just doesn't seem like it is working for me right now. I have tried and tried to get into the next set of tens (230's). I am rethinking my diet and maybe I need to switch to countig calories instead of carbs:( It is depressing...I was down yesterday... ate KFC, had cookies too! I just didn't care......

I wouldn't give up just yet! I know I am a super slow loser with any diet, but Atkins makes more sense to me. I would eat junk food and just count calories before..and I got no where. Hang in there!

Don't give up! It will work. Are you recording everything you eat? It would help to find out where it might come from. From what you recorded I noticed that you have Atkins products.They could be one cause for it. Some people react that way. Why don't you go ahead and put everything you eat in your food diary for a week and then we take another look at it?
