I found my notes from my nutritionsit from last year- the eating plan she put me on was 1500-1700 calories a day.
I'm going to reset my calorie intake at 1600, and while trying to have less sugar, ease up on freaking out if I eat veges with it in. I mean ffs it's not like I'm stuffing my cheeks with sugar cubes! Freaking out about how much sugar mushrooms or celery has is just a little too quirky.
Will still go for the low sugar alternatives, stay low carbish, and high protein, focussing on good fats I'm trying to alter the diet for a lifetime so it's got to be do able
