Ok so apparently I have pneumonia which makes exercising a little more of an issue. I'll need to focus on small and slow bouts of exercise, and cut my calories down a but too until I'm better.
Not feeling the best- have work to do but instead I'm going to have a very early night in the hope I'm feeling alot better tomorrow.
