So I am starting the eating for life menu plan of the body for life diet. I have recently hurt my knee so I can't work out for 4-6 weeks but I figured I will start the eating part of the diet. I have read the entire book and I really think it is going to work for me. I am going to try it for a month and if it doesn't work for me I will go back to weight watchers. The great thing is I actually got my husband to go along with most of the diet so that way at dinners I don't have to make two meals he will just eat what I am eating. minus the veggies. That is why I have never really dieted since he won't eat anything green. Well wish me luck
