WoHOOOO, lost a little more, so I can see a difference. Love that it tracks it for me. Now I need to figure out something for those hunger pains at night. Sometimes I just go to bed, last night I had a banana, but that is the time I want to relax and eat something. WILLPOWER...here I come

I have a fiber one bar with a glass of water. This is filling at night and also helps meet the daily allowance for fiber.

That is a great idea. My husband lost 30 lbs by doing basically 3 things (other than being a guy who can lose weight fast and easy...damn him :-). He used the elliptical machine every morning, he ate a salad before dinner every night, and he cut his portion sizes down. The reduction in food intake was partly accomplished by eating 1 or 2 Fiber One bars (or sometimes Kashi or Nature Valley) each day.
