Amazing (in a really bad way) how one burger and one margarita can make my weight fluctuate the next morning! I refuse to enter today's weight or last nights calories and am just going to act like it never happened and get right back on track today. The good thing is I now have this feeling like the burger wasn't even all that good and wasn't worth it so maybe that will help me avoid it and make a better choice the next time I am in that situation.

alcohol tends to do that regardless of what you drink. Your body tends to have some type of reaction after it goes through your liver and your cells hydrate themselves for protection equaling a water retention that's hard to shake off. Plus - easy on the margaritas! Those are by far the highest calorie drink out there! If you need a drink, best to shoot for something clear and add a calorie free spritzer. Good luck and hopefully you won't want that burger and margarita next time! :)

It's funny I could be sitting here and really want that food someone else has. When I am on my diet the food then just sits in my stomach and I regret it later. I think having that one meal will not hurt your progress if you stay on track. A lot of people have that one cheat day.

Those margaritas will get us everytime! Don't dwell on it though just look forward and know you can do this!
